What is your job title, and what do you do at the College?
I’m the Beck House Pastoral Leader, which means I support the wellbeing of all students in Beck House, helping them navigate challenges and making sure they feel connected and supported.
What do you love most about your House?
The energy in Beck House is next level! They were amazing at the House Cheer Competition, and they’ve made me feel incredibly welcome in my first week. I may be a little biased, but I think I’ve landed in the best House!
What is your favourite thing to do outside of work?
Spending time with my two Labradors in the backyard is my favourite way to unwind after school. I’ve also recently taken up Pilates—turns out, it’s harder than it looks!
What is your favourite colour? (Bonus points if it’s your House colour!)
I’d love to say orange, but I have to be honest—it’s blue!
What do you most enjoy about your role at the College?
I love helping students work through challenges and reminding them that even the toughest moments don’t last forever. Seeing them grow in confidence and resilience is the best part of my job. And, of course, I won’t lie—I love winning House Competitions! But more than that, I love seeing the incredible House spirit along the way.

What is your job title, and what do you do at the College?
I am the Cullen House Pastoral Leader and a Music, Drama and SOR teacher.
What do you love most about your House?
I love the house spirit and pride Cullen has. Our House Captains are proud to lead the Maroon House and encourage others to feel the spirit. I also love seeing the sense of community each homeroom has thanks to the commitment of their wonderful teachers.
What is your favourite thing to do outside of work?
Although I can be a social butterfly, staying home with my cat and reading a good book never goes astray.
What is your favourite colour? (Bonus points if it’s your House colour!)
Pink... which is fairly close to maroon
What do you most enjoy about your role at the College?
I love getting to know students in a new context. The Cullen students have been very welcoming to me and willing to have a chat.

What is your job title, and what do you do at the College?
My role at the school is twofold. Firstly, I am honored to be the House Pastoral Leader for McKee (the green one) House. My second area within the school is as a Food and Textiles teacher. My passion is cooking and hospitality, but I do enjoy textiles as well!
What do you love most about your House?
Veronika McKee is an inspirational woman who made a difference in so many people’s lives. Veronika was a Holy Spirit Sister who worked in India helping the poor, building and administering a hospital and being the Superior of a high school. I love how she came from humble beginnings and attended Lourdes Hill College herself. I am looking forward to learning more about her as the year progresses.
What is your favourite thing to do outside of work?
During my spare time I love spending time with my family and travelling together. We spent 8 months of last year in the UK travelling around Europe while I homeschooled my children. We also love travelling around in our caravan during the school holidays. I also love spending time with friends, drinking coffee and a bit (or a lot) of retail therapy!
What is your favourite colour? (Bonus points if it’s your House colour!)
My favourite colour is pink, although green is quickly growing on me.
What do you most enjoy about your role at the College?
I am looking forward to 2025 and getting to know the McKee students. I look forward to encouraging and supporting them throughout their high school journey.
