|Academic Awards Ceremony - 23 February 2016|
On Tuesday 16 February, Lourdes Hill paused to recognise individual student achievements from Semester 2, 2015 at the biannual academic prize giving assembly. The academic leaders, led by our 2016 Academic Captain Kayla Johnstone, introduced the Habit of Mind for this year “Metacognition “ and delivered an insightful skit explaining the various ways we are able to learn.
Congratulations to all students who received six or more As in Year 8, or five or more As in Years 9 to 12 in Semester 2, 2015.
A special mention also went to the six students awarded “Habits of Mind” medals for always being consistent and dedicated to their studies to achieve their personal bests:
