The College enrols girls whose parents (or guardians) seek a Catholic education, with enrolment preference applied in the following order:
Siblings of current students or students with past pupil history
Catholic students from Catholic schools
Catholic students from non-Catholic schools
Non-Catholic students from Catholic schools
Non-Catholic students from non-Catholic schools
In keeping with the philosophy of the Sisters of the Good Samaritan, poor academic performance, financial capacity and social background are not barriers to entry.
Applications for Enrolment will be accepted for assessment four years prior to the commencement (i.e. from the commencement of Year 3 for enrolment in Year 7).
Please note applications for Year 7, 2023 entry (students in Year 3, 2019) will close on Friday 7 February, 2020.
Before you start your application, please ensure that you have the following ready:
A copy of your daughter's Australian birth certificate, Passport or Citizenship Certificate OR a copy of your daughter's International Birth Certificate, Passport and current Visa documents.
Copies of your daughter's last two school reports, including NAPLAN reports (if available at time of application).
A copy of any court or parenting orders in place (if applicable)
A copy of any Verification Documentation and/or Individual Educational Plans in place (if applicable)
A copy of any Health/Medical Action Plans relating to your daughter
A non-refundable application fee of $80.00.
The application form should take you approximately 30 minutes to complete providing you have all the supporting documents at hand.
If your daughter's Year 3 NAPLAN report is not available at time of application please forward a copy to email@example.com when received.
Once received, your application will be held on file until the advertised close of enrolments date.
The College's enrolment procedures and timetable for all students entering Year 7 is as follows:
Year 3 - Applications are accepted throughout the year that your daugher is in Year 3 and will close at the end of January the following year. To submit an application, please click the 'Apply Now' button above.
Year 4 - Shortly after the closing date, first round offers will be made solely on the information provided in your application. The completed Enrolment Contract, together with a non-refundable Confirmation Fee of $500, must be returned to Lourdes Hill College by no later than 1 April.
Payment of this fee, and signing of the Enrolment Contract reserves a definite place for your daughter in the nominated year. If the offer is not accepted by the due date, then it will lapse and the place will be offered to another applicant.
Students who did not receive a first round offer will be invited to remain on our waiting list.
Year 5 - Your daughter will be invited to attend a 'welcome' interview with a member of staff. Parents will also be invited to a parent information evening.
Year 6 - Your daughter will be invited to attend an 'Orientation Day', and join one of the many 'Learn To' programs that take place in Term 4. There will also be a Parent Information Evening on the same day as the Orientation Day where we will provide any necessary information regarding your daughter's commencement at Lourdes Hill College.
For students applying to enter in Years 8-12, once your application is received, an interview will be arranged as soon as a vancancy is available. To check the availability of a place in your requested year level, please contact our Director of Admissions, Mrs Colette Duvall, on 3399 0498.

Year 7, 2022 - Applications for enrolment in Year 7, 2022 (Year 3 students in 2018) are now being accepted and will close on Friday, February 1, 2019. Applications must be received by this date to be considered for first round offers, any applications received after this date will be accepted for placement on the waiting list.
